I work from an embodied, trauma-informed approach, supporting you to gently reconnect with your body to find safety, regulation, and healing. I’m particularly interested in how as women we are shaped by the cycles of our emotional, hormonal, relational and seasonal landscapes. With discomfort often arising when we override or loose sight of these natural shifts. Rather than striving to change who you are, our work focuses on creating ease, self-understanding, and giving you permission to be exactly as you are.

My approach is integrative and draws on somatic therapy (including breathwork, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation), alongside talking therapy and psychoeducation to help you understand how the brain and body work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced, and compassionate, with an emphasis on compassion, safety, and curiosity.

    Those who feel disconnected to, and overwhelmed by, the ever-shifting landscape of womanhood.

    For the trauma survivors who live in survival mode, feeling disconnected from their bodies and unable to nurture themselves back to safety.

  • Face to face sessions are held in Falmouth, at Heal. Heal is a therapy space on the Old High street in Falmouth and despite its central location offers a private and calming space to work from.

  • Online Sessions can be on Monday or a Friday and Face to Face sessions are currently limited to Fridays only.

  • Sessions are priced at £60 hour and may be between 1-2hr in length.
